I would like to draw your attention to the irregularities of classes in your school. For the last three months, four to five days classes are not being held at some or the other pretext. My daughter ____________, who happens to be a stu­dent of Class ____________ in your school, has often complained about the absence of teachers. This it is a very dis­turbing trend which can affect the goodwill of your school. The exams are around the corner and still quite a large section of some subjects are yet to be over.

It is therefore expected that you will look into this matter and solve the same at the earliest.
