Sir,
This is to inform you that I am purchasing petrol from your dealer at____________ (Place), ____________ (Dealer Name) but of late my car is giving a lot of problems. On enquiring from the garage, where I had taken my car for check-up, the mechanic said that there is something wrong with the fuel. The car is also giving a lower mileage as compared previously. On getting the petrol checked, it was found to be adulterated. This came as a bolt from the blue as it reflected on your esteemed organisation, which is considered to be a “Navratna”, among the Public Sector Companies. It is my humble request that your organisation should take immediate steps to check this wrong activity being practised by your dealer.
