Letter of Request to the School Students to Become the Member of Old Students’ Association

Dear Friend,

You perhaps, are aware that the “old students’ association” of our school came into being three years ago.

Since then, it has been doing a awesome service as a link between the school and its old students. It also serves to harmonise relations between the teachers and the old students.

I am sure you would welcome to meet your teachers and old friends on the old students’ day, which is celebrated on the last Sunday of January every year.

It is a matter of great delight to sit in our class-rooms and to recollect the sweet memories of the golden days that we passed together in our school.

I hope you will gladly extend your full co-operation to the association and get yourself enrolled as its member by sending the annual subscription of rupees hundred at your earliest convenience.
