I have inspected the shop whose details are given below and situated at ………….. at the instance of Shri Abdul Sattar on 29th October, 1980.
It is a single sotreyed construction consisting of a shop being used as a bangle shop. Walls of the shop are made of partly kakkaya bricks and partly gumma bricks in partly lime mortar and partly mud mortar. Bricks are coming out of the Eastern and Southern walls. Eastern wall of the shop is out of plumb and lagging towards the street. Roof of the shop is made of wooden planks supported over wooden joists. Wooder planks of the roof have already broken and collapsed down. Almost complete roof of the shop has already collapsed down and the remaining portion of the shop is in highly dangerous and dilapidated condition.

In my opinion, the entire shop should be demolished and reconstructed as it is beyond repairs and has already fallen down in most of the parts. The cost of proposed construction plus the cost of demolition minus the cost of materials coming out of demolition would be as follows :
