Sir,

I am quite surprised to see my exorbitant phone bill. I feel there has been an error of some kind. The bill is inflated heavily and bears too preposterous an amount for local usage i.e. Rs. 18,000 for one month.

It is a domestic number which is sparingly used. We cannot use either STD or ISD on this number. Moreover, we are a small family of two, a working couple. Under these circumstances, it is advisable to check if there has been some error or miscalculation. How this figure has been derived is beyond our contention.

Kindly have this matter looked into and make the necessary amendments as required. I stand obliged.
