The Director,
BSNL,
(Address)
(Date)

Sir,

It came as a matter of rude shock when my ____________ (Date), bill showed an amount of ____________ (Amount in words). More than the bill, the dialed numbers belonged to International Subscriber Dialing (ISD) especially to Japan, Canada and Germany, when in reality my Telephone ____________No. does not even have a Subscriber Trunk Dialing (STD). This is not only an irresponsible act of BSNL but downright outrageous.

ADVERTISEMENTS:

For a Subscriber like me who has believed in utilizing the telephone rather than misutilising, by talking for hours on end, it is depressing. Such irregularities, at a time when most of exchanges have been converted to electronic exchanges, are unimaginable.

With due request, I would like your esteemed department to look into the matter and rectify the fault at the earliest.

Looking forward to expedite the matter.

Thanking you.

ADVERTISEMENTS:

Yours Sincerely,
(Your Name)
