To get a career in a bank is my sole ambition. This is why I have accountancy and chosen commerce as my subjects. However, I choose to specialise in rural banking. This will give me a lot of freedom to arrange my work schedule in a select manner.
If I enter the service of a private firm of a large multinational organisation. I am sure to be hampered in the pursuit of my ambition by a number of service restrictions. I have a great dislike for such restrictions and I like independence.
When I follow my vocation independently, I can work for more in my private hours which will mean extra reward. As an employee in a firm my extra service may go unnoticed which will lead to a loss of personal interest and will curtail my happiness. I have, in addition, personal reasons for wishing to take up this profession.
ADVERTISEMENTS:
I can be a more useful citizen by solving the problems of many rural clients, who would be poor and sparsely educated peasants. Now- a-days, it is said that there are hundreds of pending litigations in high courts and other courts. I can lessen the burden of the
Government by guiding my clients in a proper way.
Pursuing the profession of service to needy people gives scope for a lot of independent activity. I can develop my own style of working. I can be generous in my deeds at the same time I can become and strict where required. I can thus exercise my free thinking and develop my own individual character.
ADVERTISEMENTS:
Truly speaking, the economy of our country is dependent on the farmers and agriculturists of our country. They promote its prosperity by being independent and by exercising their intellect in the most efficient manner. If I could alleviate their problems and make them understand advanced technology, we can have regular green revolution. For these reasons, I wish to become a bank employee and I wish to serve the country in my own way.
