The World Economic Forum annual meeting 2008 adopted the theme for this year’s event. “The Power of Collaborative Innovations” in which participants drawn from the fields of Business, government, media, academic, the Arts and Civil Society from across the world discussed the global problems of conflict, terrorism, climate change, water conservation, corruption, financial risk and stressed for a new brand of collaborative and innovative leadership to address these global challenges.
